Here, you will find the graves of Serge Gainsbourg, Charles Baudelaire, Guy de Maupassant, Simone de Beauvoir and Jean-Paul Sartre as well as works of art like Brancusi's The Kiss that sits on top of the tomb of the sculptor.

Back to the living.Next head up boulevard Raspail and take a look at the glass building that houses the Fondation Cartier for contemporary art. Continue onto place Denfert-Rochereau with its famous Lion. Next take avenue Général-Leclerc to metro station Alésia. There, turn onto rue Alésia and take a right onto avenue René-Coty towards Parc Montsouris. Enjoy a stroll along its paths.
